Store media:ID in article bodies instead of CDN URLs, and keep sablog attach tokens as a fallback.

Switched new attachments/covers to xpier/filament-media-library.
Markdown body now inserts ![alt](media:ID) (files: [name](media:ID)); URLs are resolved at render time. Legacy attach: / [attach=ID] stay for sablog content.
